Zombies have invaded the campus of Michigan State University, or at least the class material.
According to MSU News, a new summer course, entitled “Surviving the Coming Zombie Apocalypse – Catastrophes and Human Behavior” began on May 12.
Despite it’s zombie themed title the course is investigating much more than how to survive the invasion. Anthropology, Sociology, and geology has been woven into this examination of how human behavior is impacted by catastrophic events.
Working in groups students will develop ways to survive a simulated zombie invasion, but they will also be studying how meteor strikes and the Black Death impacted the planet. Read more about the class here.
