Do you love to cook? Did you come to college armed with pots, pans, and plenty of utensils? Don’t worry you’re not alone.
Check out the first issue of College and Cook, an online magazine compiled by a sophomore at George Washington University. The magazine features articles contributed by students at 16 universities including Johns Hopkins University, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Texas at Austin, Le Cordon Bleu, and The University of Wisconsin at Madison.
In the magazine, students share advice and personal experiences on a range of topics, from understanding the FDA and dealing with food allergies to how one student learned to cook and what tunes you should be listening to in the kitchen. Plus there are several recipes to try out, and a few of them simplify the preparation process by substituting a shot glass as a measuring tool!
So what are you waiting for? Check out the magazine here.
