following terms and conditions (collectively, "Terms of Use") that govern your
use and purchase of products (collectively, "Use") of our Site. Your Use of our
Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use apply to all OCM subsidiaries or authorized affiliates.
As we continue to develop our web site and take advantage of technologies to
improve the services we provide, these conditions likely will change. We
therefore encourage you to refer to these conditions on an ongoing basis so
that you understand our current policies.

Use. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated,
copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is
not expressly permitted by OCM. OCM reserves the right to refuse service,
terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without
limitation, if OCM believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is

Your personal information: what we collect and how we use it
OCM is committed to keeping your personal information confidential. Below are
details about the information we collect, when we collect it and how we use it:
-
When you place an order with Residence Hall Linens we collect your name, address,
telephone number, credit card information and your e-mail address. We use this
information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order.
We may also use this information to communicate advance notice of events or to
tell you about new products and services. We do not currently rent, sell or
exchange e-mail addresses.
-
When you subscribe to our e-mail announcement service, we collect your name and
e-mail address so that we can send you advance notice of sales and events or
tell you about new products and services. You can unsubscribe from this service
at any time. Simply send your unsubscribe request to:

and type "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
-
We monitor general site use and traffic patterns to improve our web site and
the products and services we offer.
Security
At OCM protecting your information is a priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. When
giving your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including
your card number, name and address. With this encryption, only OCM is allowed
to decode your information. How can you be sure any connection is secure?
Simply look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after
accessing a server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon
your browser), the SSL is active and your information is secure. You can also
double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a
secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from 'http'
to 'https.' Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit
communication even though the server is secure. If for some reason you are
unable to connect to our secure server or would rather place your order by
phone, please call us at 1-(800) 847-0751.
Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
We welcome your comments and feedback regarding our Site, our products and our
services. We do not, however, accept confidential or proprietary information.
Accordingly, all comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, materials, information
and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to OCM using this Site or
otherwise (collectively, "Comments") are not confidential and will become and
remain OCM property. The disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments will
constitute an assignment to OCM of all worldwide rights, titles and interests
and goodwill in the Comments without payment of any compensation. Comments
submitted by you must not violate any right of any third party, and must not
contain any libelous, abusive, obscene or otherwise unlawful material.
